Fix Version/s: v1_0_0_beta1
Fixed TX side message splits at newtmgr.
Drop interrupt blocking on firmware every X characters, this seemed to be the
cause of character drops.
Start every new message from newtmgr with newline, thereby flushing any
unfinished message from target.
