There are rules for access addresses that devices are allowed to use. When
looking at connections on the sniffer, the Ellisys software was telling us that
we are violating the rule where you are not allowed to have 6 consecutive bits
the same. The code was supposed to guarantee this but it appears that is not
the case. This needs to be investigated.
