Yeah, we don't call reset in debug because we want to be able to attach to 
running systems.

However, I don't know if that's the right behavior.  I definitely think "newt 
debug" should _NOT_ do monitor reset, because you want to attach to running 
systems.  However, newt run already reprograms the flash, so I don't see why it 
wouldn't do monitor reset.

I've added Marko for his thoughts.
