Resolution: Fixed
With Arduino Primo ESP8266 runs ESP-Link, which provides very limited API.
API has calls asking ESP8266 to send HTTP requests, or MQTT.
It is not modem-like. There's a library in mynewt-arduino-zero implementing a
subset of this API; specifically the HTTP. MQTT will be easy to add, if/when it
is needed.
