The way to pick which JTAG adapter to connect to depends on the adapter. Quite
often it's based
on serial number. I don't think you can do this with all adapters though.
So the way to provide this functionality would probably be allowing user to
pass optional arguments to openocd (presumably JLink can do this too). This
would allow you to (optionally) pick a specific adapter.
Not sure how you'd be able to list available JTAG adapters of given type hooked
to a system. I suspect you'd have to figure this out before calling 'newt
download/debug' by eyeballing the openocd logs.
