Paul Dietrich resolved MYNEWT-377.

Resolution: Fixed
newt now prints out slot 1, slot 2 for images and "bootloader" for bootloader.
This is a bit weird, but this mimics the special handing of features by the
download script.
Its going to be best to revamp the interface between newt and scripts, but I
wanted to get the feature done first.
