Description:
It would be handy for the 'newt create-image' command to also create a single
combined Intel hex file for (at least) the boot loader and application.
In addition, it would also be handy if custom files and/or filesystems could be
included at hex file creation time too.
This is very useful for DAP based (e.g. mbed) boards.
At the moment I'm saving the entire device flash as a hex file after issuing
the boot & app 'newt load' commands; it would be nice to be able to create a
hex file without having a physical device attached.
