In reading over the uart documentation for the nrf52 (not sure if the nrf51 has
the same issues) it states that at higher baud rates the gpio may need to be
configured as High Drive gpio. We dont do this currently. I cannot find any
discussion of when this should actually be done; guess it is a trial and error
thing based on the HW. Current consumption is significantly higher when high
drive is used (seems to be like 7ma more?) so this should only be done if
necessary.
NOTE: this bug is really a placeholder so we dont forget about this. Not sure
what we should do...
