To trigger this crash:
1. Run a split image such that both the loader and app are in use (i.e., split
status is set to 'test' or 'run')
2. Upload an image to the device with newtmgr
The board crashes because imgmgr doesn't think slot 1 is in use; it thinks only
the app in slot 2 is active.
