MYNEWT-391 STM32F4 ADC driver and ADC HAL support
- Changing driver to work with config
- Adding deinit gpio to STM32F4 HAL
- Adding support for ADCs to the bsp and adding a default config for
them
- The linked script for the olimex used CCRAM for _ccram_start, we
should be using CCM instead.
- Resolving some compiler warnings.
