The nordic nrf52 hal for the i2c does not implement the hal_i2c_master_read()
functionality correctly. This API is not supposed to generate a STOP condition
on the bus. However, the current implementation generates a STOP condition.
This may cause issues when a hal_i2c_master_end() is used after a read.
