Updates for stats and logs
MYNEWT-447 - Unused array log_modules in sys/log.c
MYNEWT-445 - Option to erase stats counter.
Remove vestigial log_modules array (thanks Simon Ratner)
Add STATS_CLEAR macro to zero specified stats counter.
Added stats_reset() to clear all values in specified statistics section.
Remove old debug statements in nffs unit test.
