Up to you really but there are quite a few changes and some of them might be
tricky to see. I think we plan on getting stm32f3 up and running soon. Another
alternative would be to get the hal timer api implemented using the current
master as I think it still works for stm32f3. It might be by the time that is
done the mynewt_stm repo will be updated. Merging the changes into hal_timer at
that point should be fairly easy. Just a thought.
