It would be helpful to have the ability to generate a system configuration file
at the target level that contains the values of all the system configuration
variables set (or overridden) by the various packages. It would also be good
to have a function to edit target sys configuration (newt target edit
<syscfg>).
That way you have a view of system configuration and the values all in a single
file, that dictates the final value of all of these settings.
