Christopher Collins resolved MYNEWT-340.
    Resolution: Not A Problem

We cannot just update the inode with a new sequence number, as that leaves
orphaned blocks on the disk. By deleting the inode, we indicate that all
constituent blocks are garbage collectable.

> NFFS implements truncation by deleting the specified file and then creating a
> new one. This is not very flash efficient. Better would be to just write a
> new inode entry with an updated sequence number.
