Christopher Collins resolved MYNEWT-340.

    Resolution: Not A Problem

We cannot just update the inode with a new sequence number, as that leaves 
orphaned blocks on the disk.  By deleting the inode, we indicate that all 
constituent blocks are garbage collectable.
