MYNEWT-516: Add "last" command to mynewt manager

newtmgr interprets the "last" command specified in place of a timestamp and
passed a "-1" through the newtmgr protocol to the device. The device will
interpret this timestamp to mean that the last record is requested.

> add "last" flag to logs show <log-name> command in newtmgr

> It's a pain to go through successive calls to show log in order to simply
> read the last log record. Add a "last" keyword to be used in place of a
> timestamp which simply returns the last record of the specified log.
