While no one has reported this bug, while doing code inspection it appears that
an incorrect advertising state machine can be stopped when the host issues a
"stop advertising" command. If the advertising state machine is connectable and
a connection occurs this will not cause the error; it is only when the host
issues the advertising enable command with "disable" as its parameter.
