Note that according to Bluetooth specification l2cap_params->timeout_multiplier
is equal to params->supervision_timeout which belongs got HCI command LE
Connection update.
Range for both is 0x000a-0x0c80 (3200) and in both cases spec says that actual
timeout is X * 10ms what gives us 100ms up to 32sec. For reference you can
check: BT Spec 5.0 Vol 2, Part E, 7.8.18 for HCI comand and BT spec 5.0 ol 3,
Part A, 4.20 for L2CAP request . But I agree that this might be confusing.
Anyway, to understand this issue we should probably get air logs. We need to
check LL layer. Is this something you can do? BTW. Is this Polar H7 you are
using? What HW you use for Mynewt?
