Confirmed with Chris. 1.1 will use -t --timeout flag for timeout. The -t
--trace flag will not be supported in 1.1.
Also, since the new flags -n -t and -r are global persistent flags, all newtmgr
commands in the newtmgr command guide will need to be updated as they all list
the values of the global flags.
