inside of Java strings

@neilcsmith-net atm there is only one ticket:
https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=267488 means: `support HTML
syntax highlighting and code completion inside JS strings`. But we have a lot
of mroe SQL in Java Strings, or XML or HTML iniside Java Strings. Or HTML, SQL
inside PHP strings. I thought there are already tickets for those cases but
unfortunately not. I will create that later. That one, that I posted, was not
yet migrated to JIRA, but soon I will.

The thing is, to treat strings not only as strings is bringing other
languages to it. IntelliJ can treat strings with hints for RegEx or other
languages like SQL.

   https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/using-language-injections.html here is
an approach as from IntelliJ. They know annotations for settings languages,
which I not prefer because there is a real change in your code for that. The
other one is via comment. The one, that I really prefer is the hint, where you
can set the language of the string manually w/o comment or annotation.

But I think this is really out of topic and should be discussed in the
tickets that I want to create later.
