Plus I tend to delay unnecessary API changes as much as possible. That is the reason I am asking for usage of existing APIs first - maybe, with a little fix, `DialogDisplayer.isLeaf` would be enough... This conservative approach has been like a double edged sword in the past, thus I am not sure the Apache NetBeans community wants to adopt it. If you get support from others, feel free to ignore my resistance.
