As part of the nbjavac update to issues are fixed:
- the new nbjavac version fixes an issue where permits is treated
as a keyword and variables with that name are flagged as faulty
[NETBEANS-5055]
- The distribution of nbjavac was moved to maven central
[NETBEANS-5109]
