@geertjanw looks like my `sed` command might be Linux specific - https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4247068/sed-command-with-i-option-failing-on-mac-but-works-on-linux 😬 The other option is to remove manually - that's what was done before - I got fed up of doing it.
