To clarify my initial comment, although my mac crashed while I was using netbeans, netbeans had been running fine for half an hour or so. I was working my way through one of the examples in order to refamiliarize myself with netbeans. I don't believe the crash was caused bt Netbeans (although I couldn't be absolutely certain). Since netbeans ran fine at first, I don't believe it can be an incompatibility with the JDK version. I think it must be some leftover files which were not cleared up because of the crash -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
