   ### Apache NetBeans version

   Apache NetBeans 13

   ### What happened

   I tried to repeat the steps in this video:
"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9qLow-aRS9s";
   This video is about Development with Netbeans Platform with Netbeans 8.2.
   I don't have any clue that these steps should be unavailable now.
   At 4:30 (00:04:30), he tried to add a new class BookNode.
   In this video, he had add modular dependency BookDomain to BookViewer; (I
did that in Netbeans 13,too.)
   But in my practical steps, it seems that I can't import org.book.domain.Book
in BookNode.java;
   I can't compile my BookNode.java because the IDE can't see such dependency
above.

   ### How to reproduce

   I personally think that such reproduction is trivial.
   Just follow "Basic NetBeans Platform Starter"
(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9qLow-aRS9s) again.

   ### Did this work correctly in an earlier version?

   No

   ### Operating System

   Win11,Home edition

   ### JDK

   JDK17

   ### Apache NetBeans packaging

   Apache NetBeans provided installer

   ### Anything else

   _No response_

   ### Are you willing to submit a pull request?

   No

   ### Code of Conduct

   Yes
