Remove mingw from readme windows launcher are not built in the main jobs. Add link to netbeans-license job (the new one) only focus on rat+verifylibs (IMHO MUST be green before trying to release) (FYI) https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Netbeans/job/netbeans-apisigcheck/ still do the api sig chek but it's unstable since long time Fix rat issue due to npss file not sure the categorization of this file. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
