The function is used only if the query has kind
`CASE_INSENSITIVE_CAMEL_CASE`. So it shouldn't be case sensitive (the name od
method is `matchInsensitiveCamelCase`) and your example of
`matchInsensitiveCamelCase("RgEx", "RegExParser")` imho should return true .
But probably I don't understand the `CASE_INSENSITIVE_CAMEL_CASE` kind.
