   Some more thoughts on this strange issue...
   
   I understand when a class is private, Netbeans clearly marks it and 
underlines using red line, eg:

   thats absolutely fine, but, if class is public, why can't I use it, eg:

   Even if I can't use it - why Netbeans not using red line to mark this issue?
   
   
   And now the most challenging question - why if it fails on "clean & build" 
with above error, I could freely start debugging my project without this error?
