Have the Categories changes over time? From NB 14, I see: "1. Choose File > New Project (Ctrl+Shift+N). Under Categories, select NetBeans Modules. Under Projects, select Module. Click Next." Should this be something like: "1. Choose File > New Project (Ctrl+Shift+N). Under Categories, select NetBeans Modules. Under **Java with Maven** Projects, select Module.
