it's just about an executable unpack200 not included in latest jdk
releases.
So install j**dk1.8** then copy
/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.8.0_281.jdk/Contents/Home/bin/unpack200
into
${JAVA_HOME}/bin/
ex: /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk-19.jdk/Contents/Home/bin/
