   ### Description
   
   When I type `FL`, NetBeans autocompletes something as below. However, I'd 
like types where the uppercase letters match, such as `FlavorListener`, 
`FlowLayout`, `FocusListener`, ... to be listed at the start.

   ### Use case/motivation
   
   Many types are well-known by their uppercase-abbreviated form. For example 
common exceptions such as UOE, ISE, IAE, NPE, IOOBE, ... or `java.io` types 
such as `FIS`, `BOS`, ...
   Not having these listed first in the suggestions is cumbersome.
