   ### Apache NetBeans version

   Apache NetBeans 16

   ### What happened

   Hi.
I am trying to create a project of Java ME Embedded application, but when
the finish button is pressed, the message 'Project Folder already exists and is
not empty.' is shown. The folder does not exist and is created after the finish
button pressed.

I tried to use various settings but with the same results (project name, JDK
versions...). I already tried to run Netbeans as admin, does not help. When I
am trying open the project, nothing is happening (project name is still 'Please
wait...').
