### Apache NetBeans version Apache NetBeans 16 ### What happened Hi. I am trying to create a project of Java ME Embedded application, but when the finish button is pressed, the message 'Project Folder already exists and is not empty.' is shown. The folder does not exist and is created after the finish button pressed.  I tried to use various settings but with the same results (project name, JDK versions...). I already tried to run Netbeans as admin, does not help. When I am trying open the project, nothing is happening (project name is still 'Please wait...').   ### How to reproduce _No response_ ### Did this work correctly in an earlier version? No / Don't know ### Operating System Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19045) ### JDK JDK 19 (also JDK 11, JDK 17) ### Apache NetBeans packaging Apache NetBeans provided installer ### Anything else _No response_ ### Are you willing to submit a pull request?
