Complaining about a missing `freemarker-2.3.19.jar`. However, that has not
been the shipped version for some time - included file is
`freemarker-2.3.30.jar`. Possibly corrupt userdir update.
Please try with a clean installation and without importing settings or
plugins from a previous version.
Or delete the existing userdir and cachedir and try from scratch -
```
User Directory = C:\Users\micha\AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\15
Cache Directory = C:\Users\micha\AppData\Local\NetBeans\Cache\15
```
