### Apache NetBeans version Apache NetBeans 16 ### What happened Netbeans formmater seems to ignore settings in netbeans.format.settingsPath when netbeans.format.codeFormatter is set to Eclipse. Same file works with External Code Formatters plugin in Netbeans, in regular eclipse and with RedHat java lsp for VsCode. ### How to reproduce Create a customized formatter settings file in Eclipse, set netbeans.format.codeFormatter to Eclipse and set netbeans.format.settingsPath to the created file path. ### Did this work correctly in an earlier version? No / Don't know ### Operating System elementary OS 7, based on Ubuntu 22.04, Linux kernel 5.19.0-32-generic, x86_64 architecture ### JDK OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM Temurin-17.0.5+8 (build 17.0.5+8, mixed mode, sharing) ### Apache NetBeans packaging Apache VSNetBeans for VSCode ### Anything else _No response_ ### Are you willing to submit a pull request?
