Using a workflow I seen on Apache Commons parents to be sure the NOTICE file is used on all artefacts. what is generated with assembly and using BINARY_NOTICE stay as it were. others jar will receive NOTICE from the root folder. this override #13 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
