   ### Apache NetBeans version

   Apache NetBeans 17

   ### What happened

   Hi,

   Upgraded from 11.2 today. And what a bad idea was it.

   NB 17 not showing PHP syntax errors on save.

   - I first imported settings from 11.2;
   - Then I uninstalled both;
   - Then I reinstalled NB 17;
   - Then I deleted local and roaming directories;

   Computer rebooted for each step.

   Netbeans still doesn't warn if there is syntax errors in php files.
Impossible to work in these conditions.

   And if it's a very hidden setting somewhere... Why ? Why is it not a default
setting ? I am fulminating.

   It was working on any netbeans versions I had until now.
