Accessing undeclared static property must produce error.
Error type: runtime error.

return static::$statProp; // this statement must display error
}
public function accessingProp() {
$this->prop1 = 10; // OK
echo $this->prop1; // OK
static::$statProp = 10; // this statement must display error
echo static::$statProp; // this statement must display error
}
}
MyClass::setStaticProp(); // OK
echo MyClass::getStaticProp(); // OK
MyClass::$statProp = 10; // this statement must display error
echo MyClass::$statProp; // this statement must display error
$ins = new MyClass;

```
