yeah you are probably right. I had no time to check if apache runs a search
service too or if central is the only one.
until then... lets take the index size hit and enable the custom index
creator only for central.
At the time when I wrote this i hoped we could use
`MinimalArtifactInfoRemoteIndexCreator` for all remote indices.
