Reproducible, thank you for the report.
Working example:
```php
function now() {
/** @var \DateTime|null $now */
$now = NULL;
$now->
}
```
Not working:
```php
function now() {
/** @var ?\DateTime $now */
$now = NULL;
$now->
}
```
