Fixed by :
Updating JDK -- _JDK 20_
Deleting cache folder under
```
\Users\AppData\Local\NetBeans\Caches\NetBeansVersion
```
and Roaming folder under
```
\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\NetBeansVersion
```
