These tabs also don't honor font settings. If you set:
`TabbedPane.font = +bold`
Nothing happens to the Output window sub-tabs.
My fix is to add
`label.setFont(UIManager.getFont("TabbedPane.font"));`
in the ButtonTab constructor, after 'label' has been declared.
