My comment was not against Netbeans at all! And i don't think the author of WebLaf chosed explicitly to restricted other projects. As explained in the link above this is just a philosophy and interpretation issue. Unless GPLv3 licensors relax this interpretation of their own license regarding linking, our licensing philosophies are fundamentally incompatible.
