I have taken the time to reproduce this bug, record it, and save the log. I'm using a vanilla installation of Netbeans 18, runing on JDK 17 on Windows 11. The only change I've done is added `-J-Dorg.netbeans.NbClipboard.level=FINEST ` to netbeans.conf. Here is a simple video showing how to reproduce the bug.
