This is an attempt to have a valid staging repo with "parent" and "jakarta
archetype" not overriding themselves. tidy:pom used also to try to get some
consistency in the future.
I guess I cannot use the "topSiteURL" with
"${project.distributionManagement.site.url}" as the submodule will rebuilt it
to their needs
