### Apache NetBeans version Apache NetBeans 18 ### What happened When my netbeans is placed in a folder containing Chinese, I will report an error when I open netbeans, as follows  I developed a program of my own using the netbeans platform, and the same error will be reported when the generated startup file is opened.
