If `returnValue` of `org.netbeans.modules.db.metadata.model.jdbc.JDBCProcedure` is `null`, `createProcedureInfo()` is invoked every time. When `returnValue` is not `null` result are properly cached and `createProcedureInfo()` are invoked only once.
