flag order shouldn't matter unless you configure logging twice. One thing to watch out for is that the config contains by default `-XX:+IgnoreUnrecognizedVMOptions` which will let the JVM ignore all typos quietly in case there are any. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
