### Apache NetBeans version Apache NetBeans 18 ### What happened When using a second screen and placing Netbeans there, key options like expanding the Tools menu or trying to import a library by clicking the icon displayed in the line row, do not work ### How to reproduce 1. Open Netbeans 2. Move Netbeans window to the second screen of the computer (not the main one) 3. Click on Tools menu at the top of the screen 4. Tools menu does not open Note: other options, like importing key libraries (i.e. Scanner) by clicking on the icon, do not work. ### Did this work correctly in an earlier version?
