### Apache NetBeans version Apache NetBeans 18 ### What happened When attempting to install NetBeans 18, everything started off well and I reached the installer configuration part. However, it got stuck at 10% and didn't progress any further. When trying to close it, nothing happened, so I had to close it using the task manager. I tried again, and the same thing happened. So, I deleted all the NetBeans files, tried again, and encountered the same issue. Then, I attempted to disable my antivirus, but that didn't work either. I also tried an earlier version, NetBeans 17, and it didn't work either. I'm not sure if it's relevant, but I have XAMPP installed.  ### How to reproduce _No response_ ### Did this work correctly in an earlier version?
