### Apache NetBeans version Apache NetBeans latest daily build ### What happened I am using Apache NetBeans 15 with JDK 11 and Java Derby 10.14.2. I tried connecting that version of Java DB just to see if the Services tab will let me create a database and start a server. It wouldn't let me do anything without any version of Java DB. So, I downloaded Java DB and tried to start a server, but to this day, whenever I click "Start Server" on Java DB, it takes long to start; no error messages, no other prompts, nothing. The same results occur when I click "Create Database". ### How to reproduce _No response_ ### Did this work correctly in an earlier version?
